I bought 2 of these one for me and one for my Girl friend. Intended use is around the yard doing the yard work and for the gun range. Initial setup is easy and the radio dialed the few local radio stations in crystal clear. I love being able to hook my I – pod or my Droid phone up to it, so I can play the music I have from them also. They fit very comfortably on my head ( witch is rather large ) and my girl friend has a tiny head and she says they are really comfortable on her as well. They seem to be of nice quality and held up well during the first lawn mowing on the rider under the tree branches. They got knocked off my head twice and didn’t even get a scratch. Next trip is to the gun range. Rock n roll n rifles this should be fun.

I have a bigger head and this fits around my head perfectly. I’ve use this for two season so far and have not change the batteries. It gets great reception and I use it on my mower and it truly does cancel out noise.

I bought these hoping to have something that would protect my hearing and provide entertainment while mowing. However the noise level of my new mower is lower with my current noise protection only earphones than the Walker’s. This requires the volume of the radio to be turned up too loud to be heard comfortably. Also contrary to what the included description claims about noise canceling, there is none. I use a headset with noise cancellation in my job as a pilot and there is no doubt when it is turned on – none with the Walker set. Probably ok for jogging or bike riding but I will not be using them in a noise environment.

I wear these 60hrs a week doing lawns/landscaping. They are comfortable enough and look more cool than some others. However, I get a lot of static, the controls are kind of a pain & the battery compartment looks like it won’t last long. I’d recommend the 3m work tunes instead. They have lasted forever & sound way better. l just didn’t like that they were yellow so I got these because they were black & cheaper & that’s what I get. Go for 3m.

I bought myself a new set to replace an older one and I’m well pleased. I even ordered another set for a birthday gift.Pros – Well made, reasonable price, works great, extremely nice volume.Cons – They are very tight on the head, but are some better if you extend the rods out (not in the instructions).Description – States AAA batteries but mine are 2 ea AA.NOTE: With the clock always on, I expect the batteries may have a shorter life.
