My beloved Uncle passed away last month, and he always wore Obsession. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, my children were unable to be present at his funeral. My son was having a very rough time dealing with his grief, so I bought this for him. His eyes sparkled with tears when he opened the box and smelled the cologne. He visited me yesterday evening, and he had been wearing his Obsession. He told me that he had put it on at 6 am. He was visiting at 7 pm, and I was able to still smell the cologne on him! He told me he wears it every day!

4 years ago a friend gifted this to me. Due to the personal value and the cost, I used it sparingly. I liked the scent and especially the longevity. Approaching empty, I ordered a new bottle of the same size. Very disappointing. First, the longevity is very short compared to the older bottle. I estimate 4 hours to 15 or 20 hours of the older. I’m guessing that there is less scent oil as the color of the new liquid is much lighter then the old, and frankly similar to the color of the product in aftershave form and lasts about the same period. Not great as the price is 30 percent higher then the aftershave.

I started running low so I bought another bottle but this smells nothing like that! It’s a strong vinegar smell! Wife hates it and it smells so gross. Must have been a bad batch… tried contacting the seller but haven’t heard a word back…

I’ve had this product a few weeks now and I think I would have been happier spritzing on rubbing alcohol instead. I could have bought about 60 bottles of rubbing alcohol for what I paid for this, and I imagine the scent would even last longer. It probably deserves 1-star, but I’m going to be gracious and give it 2-stars because there is at least an initial, appealing scent mixed with the stronger overtone of alcohol that can be enjoyed till it dries.

My husband has worn this cologne for years. Smells impressive! I usually buy it at the mall but I found ordering on Amazon was a little cheaper and of course convenient with prime!
