When I first got it and sniffed it in the bottle I thought, “Oh no, way too flowery.” But when I put it on I was enthralled and now I wear it every day. I will say I put it on extremities so it isnt right in my face, but I like the aura of it.

Seller sent the product on time. I bought this b cause my brother tried Floris and he wants one and we do not have it oversees. I do not like it very much, it smells like aftershave for me. Again thank you seller for your help.

Great cologne with citrus/green/woody notes. Think of Creed’s Green Irish Tweed but less acquatic and minus the violet note. Really nice, moderately masculine scent. Lasts around 6 hrs and projects just below average. So even though the performance is average, the smell is very distinct and very classy

Like 99% of people in the US who buy Floris No. 89, James Bond brought me here … this was Ian Fleming’s signature scent and by default, James Bond’s. The first time I sprayed this on, there was nothing you could say which would make me want to wear this. I thought it smelled like the inside of my grandfather’s old Buick. This has a distinct ‘old man’ smell … the kind that permeates old school golf course locker rooms and Florida country club restaurants and bars.It is soapy, talc-esque and floral. It smells vaguely like a more refined Old Spice. However, it grew on me after a while. It’s not unique … but it is oddly comforting. The middle part of it smells like vanilla and donuts to me, highlighted by a bit of orange peel potpourri and lavender hand soap. If you like old school things … you’ll like this scent. If you prefer a vintage Rolls Royce to a Ferrari Enzo, you’ll like this. If you’d rather stay at the Ritz in Paris than a modern glass hotel with minimalist furnishings, you’ll like this. If you prefer a white marble bathroom with a clawfoot tub to a black marble bathroom with a rain shower, you’ll like this. If you’d rather wear a double breasted suit than designer jeans and a red blazer, you’ll like this.If you know what to expect, you’ll be happy … but I would highly recommend smelling this one before buying it. On me, it lasts all day long. It starts off a lot classier and more complex when you first apply it and dries down after 4-6 hours as an Old Spice kind of scent.
