I love my pole! i have really small hands so the 50mm is a little too big but it’s still manageable. there is some tape stuck to the side of the pole from packaging and i can’t get it off. I would still recommend this to all of my friends!

I’ve started pole for fitness and this pole has stood up to my trying all the tricks like inversions and spins: it’s sturdy and reliable, works well, and has helped me transform ,y body.I highly recommend this product, my 250lb brother got on it so no worries.Be sure to find a beam and tighten it well, but I never needed to retighten it in months since the installation.
