The 16qt Waterless Stockpot has impressed me as superb, ensuring durability and even heat distribution. The waterless cooking is excellent for healthier meals. Size is perfect for preparing large batches of soups or stews. However, handles can get hot during the cooking process, requiring the use of oven mitts. Overall, a fantastic stockpot that enhances my cooking experience.
