My nephew has wanted to go to outer space since he saw the rocket launch. So I bought this helmet along with other accessories to turn him and his twin sister into astronauts! They loved it! The helmet is well made. Being toddlers they don’t always use the button on the side to open the visor and will force push it open. I was worried that would break it, but they did it many times and it didn’t break. It was pricier than I wanted it to be, but in the long run it was worth it!

We bought this for our 4 year old son, and he LOVES it! It has great features and the overall quality is great too. The visor automatically goes up with the push of a button and then they have to manually put it down. On the other side, there is another button that they push and the built in earpiece inside the helmet counts down to take-off. The only thing I’d say is that the it’s HUGE and takes some practice for the little ones to keep on their heads. While there are little cut outs for it to rest on their shoulders, it would be better if it had more padding inside the better the overall fit. Either way, he loves it and that’s all that matters.

This is a nice astronaut helmet. I bought it for my daughter to use with her astronaut costume. She absolutely loves it. The helmet was shrink wrapped in plastic, and securely placed in its box. My husband tried it on and it fit him as well. This would make a great gift.
