You cannot go wrong with the Jade Metals Die-Cast 1:24 scale version of the batmobile from “Batman: The Animated Series.” It is perfectly sculpted, with most of the vehicle made in die-cast metal, making it very durable with a nice weight to it. The tires are rubber, and the vehicle does move when you push it along a smooth surface. The hood also lifts up to reveal the massive silver engine underneath!The 2.75 inch Batman figure that comes with this vehicle is also die-cast metal, with the cape made of rubber. Really resembles the character from the TV series and looks great when displayed with the vehicle.The only drawback is that the canopy on the vehicle does not open – not because the figure cannot be placed inside (the figures are designed to be a display piece alongside the vehicle), but because you can clearly see detail on the inside through the windows of the vehicle, but you cannot open it to see fully. Other Jada batmobiles had an open canopy function, so not sure why they decided not to do it here.Overall though, this is a very solid purchase that I absolutely do not regret. Any fan of the TV series will love it.

Quick Review – This 1/24 scale diecast car was well worth the purchase price. I would consider it the best quality example of this car in this scale that I’ve ever seen. The paint is well done, no blemishes, the fit and finish of the car is really perfect. Joyride did a really nice job with this. The hood opening is rather cool just because it’s usually the cockpit that opens, but I have to admit to being most impressed when I shined a light into the little windows and saw that the cockpit actually does have a nice amount of detail – even has some colors on the bat-monitors! The little details that almost nobody would see are impressive. The front wheels do not turn left or right, but that’s the only negative about this car. It looks great on display and the little figurine is a nice touch that really adds to the overall appearance of it when it’s on the shelf.Overall A+

I stumbled across this item accident and I am glad I did. I was looking for a certain batmobile and this one popped as well. I am so glad it did because my collection is complete now. This animated series batmobile looks so impressive. Great buy to complete the collection I have. Item is as described and well if you’re a fan, then you will love this item!

The first time I got a nice look at this product my mind flew backwards to the Cub Scout’s Soapbox Jamboree of 1963. Truth be told I think the producers of this sleek Batmachine were using a soapbox car (the little ones you would race on the wooden track against other Cubbies not the big sit in ones you used to see on TV or in the movies.) If I have indeed discovered their secret I do believe it’s a wise move as we all wanted to win that derby and get that 18 cent trophy and now with this model Batmobile we can do just that.The display and the Batman figurine are great touches but this car sells it’s self quite well on it’s own merits. This thing is solid and looks like Bruce Wayne spent some real coin to grab this one off the dealership. This is one fine dream ride and Adam West would have looked nice being the wheel of this Batride. ZOWIE!FIVE STARS !!!

Originally bought it for collectible use until my niece saw it. So I gave it to her and she cares and plays with it. The product itself is a beauty with really really minor detail flaws. If you really love batman or DC or comics in general get it.

This thing is pretty cool, and you get a companion animated style die cast Batman figure, which is a nice bonus. I rated 4-star instead of 5 due to the fact that the doors did not open, as most of Jada’s larger cars do, and the fact that, despite the scale, it seems a bit short. But het, it’s just a toy, so no big deal. I’m hoping, although they probably won’t that Jada produces this in an 1:18 scale, w/light-up features like their recently released, very cool, ’66 TV Batmobile…which also comes w/figures. Now….to the Batpoles!

Purchased this and the Michael Keaton Batmobiles since those are ‘my’ childhood Batmobiles. Detail is nice, quality all around looks pretty nice. The small animated Batman figurine that comes with it is weighted, seems to be of nice quality as well. The body is a nice satin color, but an easy fingerprint magnet. Very happy with this overall, especially for such a reasonable price.

The quality of the Batmobile was very nice, sleek and well made. It came with a little figurine that also looked sturdy. The only problem I had was that the package was slightly damaged (display box it arrived in) as this was a gift. Fortunately, the car was not damaged.

Happy with my purchase. I am collecting all of the Jada Batmobiles. Now have the 66, the 89(Keaton), Forever, and this one, Tumbler tomorrow. This is the first one to not receive a perfect score. The car is 5 stars. The figure however gets 3and a half. He is missing his belt.
