This is my second oven of this type, and I am a fan, but this one made it hard for me to love it, coming in with a chip on this glass right out the box. Very disappointing to say the least.Update: after a few months of ownership, I love this oven enough to look pass the chip glass. I am raising my review up to 4 stars.

My last air fryer’s fan moter burned out, necessitating the need for a replacement. I immediately liked the large, thick glass bowl. It allows you to see your food as it’s cooking, allowing you to see if you need to stop the cooking process independent of the timer. For instance, you can stop all the cheese from oozing out of your mozzarella sticks. I tried a standing roast for the first time ever, and was happy with the results. The glass bowl is very easy to clean, and the steel collar can be used for large cuts of meat or birds, or can be removed to reduce the oven area. I also like that it came with an assortment of different function racks and trays. The little rack ‘tongs’ are helpful also.

Loved the device and I am keeping it. It will fit an entire chicken in it with no problem. The only problem is that I’m single and live alone so I don’t cook a lot at one time (I made seven chicken thighs which will last me at least four days for food). I will keep this to cook things that need a larger size but I am also getting a much smaller one just for everyday use. Cooks fairly quick and the results are extremely nice.

I had a different make of the same product for years and loved it. It finally quit so my next best option was the Mega chef.. So far it is working very well. I cook and reheat so many different things in this little oven. It beats heating up the big oven for something small. That said, You can still cook a roaster in it.I really would not like life without it.

I love this cooker! Use it all the time for everything! Large meals and small! It is just my sister and I here, unless we have a family gathering! We cook ham roasts, and steaks. Right along with pork chops and vegetables in the bottom!
